• Call bookings: your name, email address, and the date and time you select through our Calendly widget
• We do not collect payment details, ID numbers, or special personal information through this website

• To schedule and confirm a booked call
• To follow up about our services if you have expressed interest

3. Who Processes This Information

Common Labs (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/698301/07, is the Responsible Party for personal information collected through this website under POPIA.

4. Cross-Border Processing (Important POPIA Disclosure)

To help our team write accurate, quick replies to your enquiry, your message may be processed using Anthropic's Claude AI service, which is hosted outside South Africa. A member of our team reviews and sends every reply personally. Your message is never used to train AI models. Call bookings are processed using Calendly, also hosted outside South Africa. This means your personal information crosses borders as part of how this website works. We only use providers with strong data protection commitments, and your information is never sold.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form and booking records for 12 months from your last contact, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

6. Security

We limit access to your information to the Common Labs staff who need it. Your data is protected with standard encryption when it's sent and when it's stored.

7. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
• object to how your information is processed
